How do I request a Certificate of Completion for my Workshop or Certificate Program?

If you’ve completed one of our workshops or shorter certificate programs (i.e., under 60 hours) simply request your certificate of completion by filling out this form. We’ll get it to you within two weeks of receiving your request.

If you've completed a 60-hr plus certificate program, please select your certificate program from the Online Library and visit the section How to Receive Your Certificate of Completion.
