Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time but we are unable to refund any membership payments. You’ll keep access to the membership program until the conclusion of your final billing period. 

Certificate Programs

For Certificate Programs where specified we offer a “Refund Guarantee". This means you can request a refund for any reason until 48 hours before the commencement date of that program. Complete the contact form HERE to make your request. Once the program has commenced we have a no refund policy. 

Directory

You can cancel your subscription at any time but we are unable to refund any payments. You’ll keep being visible on the directory until the conclusion of your final billing period.

All other purchases

For any other purchases, no refunds are available.
