Your therapist dashboard explained

Your dashboard contains some really useful information to help you manage your listing on The Embody Lab and make sure you are making the most of the enquiries coming your way.

• Total enquiries - this is the number of people who have reached out to you via The Embody Lab directory
• Total views - this is the number of times your profile has been viewed on The Embody Lab directory
• In contact - this is the number of people you are communicating with from The Embody Lab directory

If you're getting lots of views but very little enquiries we recommend reviewing what you have on your profile. Perhaps add a video or change your photo. How welcoming and inviting is your language? Try different things to see if you can increase the conversion rate of views to enquiries.

The dashboard allows you to manage your enquiries that have come to you via The Embody Lab directory. To maximise the opportunity of these potential new clients we recommend you contact them within 24-hours of receiving the enquiry (and don't worry you don't have to log in all the time - we'll send you an email whenever there is a new potential client waiting to hear from you).
